Ive got a very bad feeling that Wire will win this and then everything will be rosey in the Wire garden again



Most of us are expecting us to lose tonight whereas in the previous two games we were all expecting wins.

Wire have this irritating habit of doing the unexpected.

He never said we did. His point was that by your previous standards last year you didn't bring many. Fact not a complaint.

It'll take a lot more than a win against a patched up Wakey team..To get me to think everything in the garden is rosey..

After last years performance at Belle Vue, it can only improve! I've got a feeling Wire will knick this one. We struggled to score points with ou injury hit halves. If Warrington are halve decent in defence it should be a very good game.

One thing Wakefield will guarentee is a tough and spirited performance and hopefully if the continue their good defensive start then i see no reason why we can't give you a good game.

Exactly. I think alot of people have reached an all time low of optimism. A win tonight AND a win against Leeds next week might help restore a bit of it, but only win one (either one) and it'll just be another temporary up on the rollercoaster.

The roller coaster is an apt description for us as it implies a dizzying high at the start, only to reach the very bottom at the end and come to a full stop. Bit like our seasonal expectations.

Im feeling positive about tonights game, I think we'll go there and turn them over. It will be interesting to see what peoples opinions will be afterwards if it happens.

Obst out tonight now as well apparently, we got no recognised half backs left and will have 2 centres in JD and Martin at 6 and 7 and one hooker at 33 years old playing the full match, its a massive struggle for us to put a team on the park at the moment nether mind try win a game so if your lot dont win tonight then they need to have real hard look at themselves

It's the last 20 minutes that will leave me with more optimism or not. Even if we win, but scrape home by a couple of points after Wakey score 20 in the last 15 minutes I'll still feel the same as I do now.

Win, lose or draw I want to see 100% commitment from the 1st minute to the 80th, not from the 1st to the 54th or 39th minutes!

I shall be there praying for a Wire win as I am meeting up with a couple of Wakey fans who will no doubt enjoy rubbing it in if we get beat!!!

And just to add, I want to see Lowes show far more positive body language this week. I would also like to see him suited & booted & clean shaven & looking professional, but that might be asking/expecting too much!

Not sure whether its right about Obst it may just be lazy journalism. Says on Sky Sports News he is out but Yorkshire Radio are saying he's back in the side tonight. All will be revealed at 8pm tonight!

According to John Kear on radio Leeds this morning, Obst and Sculthorpe are back tonight.

ruddy hope so, if Obst plays we win, if he dont then we lose simple as that IMO

not coming on gloating but the support that came tonight was very poor for your club, shame in a way, as you tend to bring an atmosphere with the drum, we too have our selves to blame for the attendance

Im afraid the simple fact is that fans are now starting to vote with their feet. Usually with Warrington, you get beat, moan a bit, then towards the end of the week, your just itching to get back supporting. This year and last year has felt much much different though, well personally. Since I started watching, Ive always had blind faith, I dont mind admitting it.
Now though, It's a sense of not really caring anymore that really grinds the most.

having just took a 7% pay cut for 3 months to help the compnay i work for get through the credit crunch i need to be not wasting money by going to watch that shower of sugar

if they showed the kind of willing like my other colleagues do for our job then maybe i could justify not buying soft toilet tissue and get smartprice so the money saved i can go to Yorkshire on a Friday night

I would normally go all home and away games, but there is no way I could bring myself to travel to Wakefield on a Friday night and watch a team that is poorly coached and showing no desire to win.

I am even regretting buying my season ticket and am not relishing the idea of going to even home games...I have never felt like this before...I am gutted at what is happening to my beloved rugby club...
