Bit confused as to why you went for him, considering the Jones-Bishop rumours, who I rate higher than Russell. Still, he should have improved his game whilst down under so you could have a very good signing there.

From looking at that video he pops up on the left wing position a lot funnily enough. He looks very strong and quick with great footwork. If he gets in the side the forwards will love the dumy half work he appears to do too. Perhaps this is about generating competition. Riley has had no real competition for the left wing spot and presumably without this signing Ratchford would have no competition for the full back spot. Good signing for me.
