Why can't we go on the grass like they do in the NRL?

Both stadiums are very similar but you'd get two full ends of fans on the grass at Penrith, and there are a few other grounds similar.

Warrington are selling tickets for the south end only(yes poor veiw), but there's nothing to stop you buying tickets for the east or west stands in advance from rovers, all games have had pay on the gate this season aswell.

We did this last year, as we prefer to watch from the side to behind the sticks. Was slightly worried when the steward asked if we were sure when we entered the ground. Eventually we asked if we could move to the north stand with the Warrington fans, as we didn't think we'd still be alive at the end of the game. So this option for the brave or foolhardy only.

Hull KR is normally the only away game i dont mind missing. only missed a handful of games in the past 5 or 6 years and Hull KR has been a few of them, a mixture of poor ground , long distance , bad record , bad away following and the "police escort" makes it an easy decision and now that the makeshift seated stand is gone my decision is made a whole lot easier.

The grass bank at Penrith is actually nearer to Hull KR's pitch than the south stand terrace is.

Won't be going to the hole regardless.. my annual game skip this one.

The reason most aren't going us because every person from Hull is scum. Bricking coaches, hitting children, abusing heavily pregnant women, absolute disgrace.

The reason I'm not going is because Hull Kr is the only place I've been where I actually feared for myself and the people I was with safety when walking back to the car.

Yes, I agree the south terracing isn't great (neither was the North 'golf' stand) but that shouldn't stop the loyal die-hard supporter from travelling (should it?).

Whilst I cannot see past a Warry win don't write Rovers off. We have made MS3 Craven Park into a fortress this season, and the team is starting to show a backbone and playing good fast rugby. I'm hoping we can pull off a shock win, we are due one against your club.

Abusing everyone from Hull isn't particularly worthwhile, most of them are alright.

Letting people on the grass bank wouldn't help, If I remember rightly there's no elevation whatsoever so unless you were right on the front row you wouldn't see much anyway.

I never saw any in house fighting, come to think of it, I never saw the match thanks to our wonderful vantage point, will always remember coming out of the ground that day and being called a Manc/Scouse B*****d by a local.....classy.

I have always enjoyed HKR never had a problem personally, have been looked after by disabled parking co-ordinators. But don't think I will go this year as don't want to pay & not be able to see the pitch.

Yes I will. was looking forward to coming this weekend as we always combine it with a trip to Bridlington. But not practical with no view.

people used to sit on the banking a few years ago then a hull fan fell down it and broke his leg so health and safety stopped it and i think you will find its the west side of the city that bricks coaches . Its a shame some of you arent coming as you always bring a good following and makes for a good atmosphere

Whether you like Hull KR or not and all the other negatives aside, the views are awful.
