We have just played Wakefield who had half of their team missing and no halfbacks and they put just short of 50 on us.

I suspect Leeds could put most of their academy out interspersed with a few first teamers and beat us next week.

Beaten at home by a team with a squad of 16 & one in the bin.
Then thrashed away by a team riddled with injuries & a squad of 15 players.

This weekend we play a team who are 13 places higher in the league than us, the best team in the competition & smarting from having their s handed to them on a plate in front of a world wide audience.

Dispite today's good news, Sunday could be embarrasing.

Never a better time to beat Leeds, a team that played in the world club challenge seem to really struggle the following game. As bad as we are atm i'd be really disappointed if we lose on sunday and conversely i wouldn't assume we were back on track if we won.

Come on, there's a slight sliver of hope now, surely!? This is Warrington after all - inconsistency is our speciality so it would be just like us to turn it on on Sunday. Been done many times before.

The future looks brighter, but I think that Leeds are simply too strong for us in our current condition.

As long as we give 100% I dont mind if we lose. As a fan of many years, this is all I have ever asked.

Actually if you look back the last 5-6 years every team thats played the WCC have won there next super league match bar Leeds last year
