| I think we all realise this season is a write off and with more capitulations to come. It’s the future I’m concerned about and losing promising youngsters in order to retain average or aged trundlers.
With misery guts Burgess and KFP’s money grabbing nonsense - I find it very difficult to even like the club atm.

| Yeah but at least we won the social media banter off again, taking the mick out of Huddersfield fans. After all the rugby is just a side show seemingly in the clubs eyes.

| Off the field ... I don't know who really makes the decisions. Not really into sacking people (especially the daft idea of sacking everyone) and would prefer to work with people & the next person in might be worse. The xxxx has really hit the fan because of injuries. Last year with few injuries & with the same management things looked relatively promising. If we have definite proof that someone is not up to task well we may need to change ... but I don't enjoy a lynching as much as some.

To be brutally honest we keep hold of Ashton, Thewlis and Walker. Bin the rest, who either have the talent but can't be bothered, or work dilligently but have no natural skill to speak of.
Incidentally, which of those two categories do you put Currie, Sneyd, Dufty, and Harrison in? Dufty really isn’t all that. For the money he’s on I’d be wanting much better. He’s quick and can pop up with the odd moment but he’s a liability in defence at times and dodgy under the high ball. For comparison, the Aussie lad at Leigh is far, far more complete.

Dufty is definitely weak on defence but very handy boy in attack. What money is he on? ... need to know before making any proper judgement.

Currie is a work horse but times of brilliance are getting longer and longer between waits. Sneyd is really the only one I don't think its fair to put in either category at present.

It’s something more than the coaching. I am looking at what Powell is doing now at Wakefield and thinking hmm can’t wait to read that Autobiography.
But looking at this club for a long time now it’s clear that a lot of the issues are behind the scenes. We have all posted our different thoughts on this and with so many saying the same thing there as to be some truth to it.
I have not hid my dislike of what Fitzpatrick does, he seems to think gimmicks get fans in the ground but it’s results that will keep them coming back and we have been far to inconsistent for far to many seasons now.
We are a club that is in a very good position that should make us consistent top four contenders but we just aren’t. Again culture as been mentioned a lot but again from our PoV it looks and feels like the owners turn a blind eye to this.
I have asked Matt Turner to try get an interview with Mr Moran and see if he can get an honest conversation. I am gettting old but not old enough to have seen us win the big prize, as it stands right now I’m not sure it will happen in my life time.
Get Paul Wellens involved he's a fan of honest conversations!

Why should being employed by Warrington Wolves be any different to being employed by any other private sector company? If they worked at IBM, for example, based on performance Fitzpatrick and Chambers would be out of the door by now, as would several of the players and Burgess would be on a competency assessment. But apparently you get a free pass if you work for us?

Might be on dicey grounds for dismissing staff if there was a high percentage of injury within their the workforce. That well know phrase "mitigating circumstances" might be mentioned.
