Powell is a decent 'old head' who you can substitute with your main 9 just to steady the ship for spells in a match, but he is as much a game-changing, attacking hooker as I am!

Thanks for that, I needed a good laugh this morning after watching that shambles.

Where we go from here is, unfortunately as someone else said, stop paying to watch the bilge. Hit KFP and the club in its pockets until they get the message. 

Well I’m not going again until KFP has gone. 

If Fitzpatrick and Chambers go who do we fill these positions with. It’s very important to get this right. 

On the field ... I think we are going to struggle. We might change a few little things but I don't see a bit of tinkering making much difference. For me the bad news is that I don't see this as an effort/attitude thing. I just don't think we have much quality.  If we get Dufty & Walker back this will liven up our attacking options and that is my only hope. Speccies may scream and shout & want blood but I fear we are going to watch us suffering until the end of the season. The poor recruitment has meant that our injuries have hit us so very hard and I am far from optimistic of a speedy revival.

I think we all realise this season is a write off and with more capitulations to come. It’s the future I’m concerned about and losing promising youngsters in order to retain average or aged trundlers. 


With misery guts Burgess and KFP’s money grabbing nonsense - I find it very difficult to even like the club atm. 

Yeah but at least we won the social media banter off again, taking the mick out of Huddersfield fans. After all the rugby is just a side show seemingly in the clubs eyes.

Off the field ... I don't know who really makes the decisions. Not really into sacking people (especially the daft idea of sacking everyone) and would prefer to work with people & the next person in might be worse. The xxxx has really hit the fan because of injuries. Last year with few injuries & with the same management things looked relatively promising. If we have definite proof that someone is not up to task well we may need to change ... but I don't enjoy a lynching as much as some.

Dufty really isn’t all that. For the money he’s on I’d be wanting much better. He’s quick and can pop up with the odd moment but he’s a liability in defence at times and dodgy under the high ball. For comparison, the Aussie lad at Leigh is far, far more complete.
