Really sad news.
Loved watching Des play at Leigh and he put in a good shift when he went to Wire with Woody too. They don’t make them like that anymore. Gutted.
Dessie came in the kings head a couple of seasons ago,great to chat with him he said no one really recognises him in Bolton yet he got mobbed in the pub and outside on winwick street,,
