The club are responsible for appointing a supplier that can deliver a quality product and the club are responsible for the quality of the goods. If I buy something from M&S and it's not right, I take it up with M&S - not a sweat shop in Turkey. If there are repeated occurrences I stop buying from M&S.
However a lot of people have got smart now and realise that the club has established a reputation for supplying shirts of low-average quality and steer well clear.'"
Noted, but the club is doing what it can to sort the problem out, customers are returning their tops and the club is replacing them....as you say, the contract is between the customer and Warrington wolves.
However, you wouldn't take your product back to M&S for poor quality and demand compensation.......as some people on Facebook are ridiculously suggesting!
To be honest, I've bought every home and away kit for a considerable period now and the only one in recent memory that I'd class as being low-average quality, was the Canterbury one that seemed to have masses of spare material between the shoulders and the neck hole (forget what year that was 2010 I think).
