Once you get into the final top 4 its basically 2 x "cup finals" to win it. Whilst Saints are obviously the inform team this season, you have to ask whether they will lose any edge in the playoffs (afterall, they've already qualified for the final 4). As regards not wanting to face Saints at their place in a grand final play-off.....2012.

I am not expecting a win against Saints this week but I am expecting Hull to beat Hull KR meaning that we will finish 4th on 29 points, 5 points clear of 5th place Hull FC. That's a huge advantage meaning that the Super 8s are all but finished before they begin. Saints will cruise to the LLS, whilst Wigan, Cas and ourselves fight for home advantage in the play-offs.

2 more wins should be sufficient to see us into the play-offs.

I wouldnt mind finishing 4th and going to saints. Absolutely no pressure on us whatsoever. We will be expected to lose and who knows how saints will perform when every pundit has already engraved their name on the trophy.

How many times in recent seasons has the favourite to win at old trafford at this point in the season actually gone on to win at old trafford? Not many!

Looking at some of the results that Huddersfield,Wakefield, & Catalans are producing at the moment ,there could be some interesting results thrown up in the super 8s.
