I have no qualms with a player like Sita coming on, running like a freight train for 10 minutes and going off. Especially midway through each half. It takes energy out the opposition and softens up their middle which allows us to better control the speed of the game as well as the ruck.

.....most effectively it completely alters the rhythm of the game for the opposition just when they think they have the measure of us.

I’d honestly play Atkins as an interchange impact second rower with Goodwin and TKing as centres. It will be nothing new to him because his whole game is that of a second rower but one position further out at centre.
