| Quote Snaggletooth="Snaggletooth"The CEO should be filling everyone (who has or wants anything to do with the club) with confidence regarding the current and future prospects for the club. That was a amateurish as you can get and shows that rather than being the man he is just a puppet.
The meeting he will chair with the fans will be a total "love in" as they wont allow dissenter's in the room.'"
When you put somebody at that level who's clearly incapable of doing the role and is patently incompetent at it, what would you expect?
Said it earlier promoting mates never works and is the perfect example of why this club is failing and going backwards. It also confirms that's why Smith feels under no pressure and knows why he'll never be sacked by that puppet/muppet

| I thought the screen was awesome at the last match - to watch the match on when it was down the far end. I don't want to see kiss cam or kareoke. I could stay at home and watch that sort of pap on tv if I was so inclined. I go to watch rugby and would prefer that efforts was spent on improving on-field performances. It seems to me that they are 'marketing' for the student market rather than the 'family' market with this sort of rubbish.

| CEO role of a multi million pound business really just come out with that? He has read a text book and tried to use a few buzz words but was an embarrassment to the club. Would he make it as a CEO in football or union? I think not, therefore why is he doing this job?

| Not sure why the club is heralding this screen as if it is ground-breaking technology. Even Belle Vue managed to get in on the act before us!
When will the authorities (across the game, not just at the club) realise that the whole 'it's a knock out' thing is at least 20 years out of fashion?

The way im reading it, and correct me if im wrong but are there more happy fans than peed off fans. Reason i ask is all you see are posts by the club of fans giving support or the one way back about 95% behind them, nothing ever about fans being totally fed up with the situation.

| The words "external consultants" are often used in a negative sense - conjuring images of "outsiders" coming in and charging exorbitant fees, eating lobster thermidor every day for lunch and invoicing us for it.
In reality, Mr Draper would have come in, identified a number of required improvements, and then brought in the required skills and expertise to achieve that, for example the delivery of the e-ticketing system, and a better use of the various social media channels.
The past couple of seasons has definitely seen a modernisation and improvement in a lot of the off-pitch areas that was probably long overdue - this (shock horror) costs money.
I don't want to join the Karl bashing, because it's the on-field dross this season that's frustrated me, however the article makes it seem like he's taking an "I'm just here to look after all things off-field" view.
I would like to see him show some sort of responsilbility for on-field matters, considering everything he's judged on commercially, revenue, ticketing, merchandise, sponsorship deals, rely so heavily on success on the field. If he's not asking the hard questions of the Head of Coaching and Rugby, then he has no control of his own success or failure.

Its like Trip Advisor or any website that you comment on anything, its always the negative ones who post because it is so easy criticise fro behind a keyboard.
People don't come on hear and say that yes we are crap this year but we have an understanding on why and think that TS will turn it round next season, because they hounded by the want to shout louder about negativity. I am pizzed off with the team the way they played this season but the dros that is spouted on here and the personal hounding is wrong.
