Perhaps our esteemed CEO should have waited till the meeting at the end of the month to discuss potential ideas, as these are the worse two ideas I've heard and I now have zero confidence in the club, from the top to the very bottom.

Im starting to think it will be a joke and nothing will be learned or achieved at that meeting, be interesting to know the kind of people invited. My guess it will be full of kids.

The CEO should be filling everyone (who has or wants anything to do with the club) with confidence regarding the current and future prospects for the club. That was a amateurish as you can get and shows that rather than being the man he is just a puppet.

The meeting he will chair with the fans will be a total "love in" as they wont allow dissenter's in the room.

How will a kiss cam and karaoke make us any money?. If he wants eyes on the new screen so we see adverts, then recent and classic highlights would do that.

Nothing ever seems to be done to improve speed of service of food and drink. Better staff (trained and actually want to be there), bar organisation, contactless payment.

The membership card is a joke, still need to hand the card over to someone at the gate, and I don’t know how you can use the loyalty. Don’t know what offers we have for shops, restaurants etc.
