If we rest key players against cas they will beat us, to be fair they are playing that well at the minute that they could beat us anyway. I know that there is a potential to pick up injuries but for me playing a team that's beaten 1st and 3rd in the last 2 weeks is the perfect rehearsal before Wembley. I would play the strongest team against cas but give big minutes to bench players if we are in control.

Do both rest players & play our best team. Start with our best team & rest players in the 2nd half when the game is won (or lost).

I wouldn't mind seeing Patton, Lineham, Penny, Bailey, Cox, B Evans, Wilde, Johnson, Philbin, Julien all get a game. The only position we would have to play both front like players is Hooker unless Morgan Smith gets the nod.
I went to harlequins before the 2012 CC Final and bumped into Ben Thaler in the hotel after the match. even he said we had enough on the park to beat them.
