Brian Bevan never got past reserve grade for the Roosters when he was in Australia and he never got capped by the Kangaroos so how can he be considered "world class"? All he ever did was run tries in in the English competition and never went back down under to test himself.

Compare that to Joel Monaghan, who was one of the most prolific try scorers in the NRL, played State of Origin and won caps for Australia.
