I subscribed to Sky Sports for the past few years through Virgin at the cost of £25 a month.
Thought it was well worth it as I watched loads of football, RL, NFL etc.
In the last year or so, my sports viewing has really dropped since the birth of my daughter.
I reviewed my subscriptions a few months back and worked out it was far cheaper to pay for NFL Game Pass so I could watch every NFL game live and I have access to Sky Sports via the laptop using my dads Sky Go account.
It's not as good as having Sky Sports on the big screen, but my main reason for Sky is the NFL and with Game Pass I can watch all my teams games live rather than being restricted to what Sky are showing.
The quality of Sky Go on the 17" laptop screen is really good as well, and it also means I can watch sports whilst the wife watches the rubbish on the normal channels
Is Sky Sports value for money? Depends how much you watch it. If you only watch the 2 live Super League games a week then it probably isn't worth it.
