well i am aware it is 13 miles lol used to do that with a fully loaded backpack weapon and helmet followed by an assault course.
doubt id be able to walk it with a fully loaded sandwich and a cap let alone followed by assault course now.
thats the problem with having kids all work and no time to keep fit plus knee injury a while ago didnt help lol
