I'm coming across for my first visit to the AJB for the Hull KR game. I've heard it's a nightmare to get away at the end. Any advice re parking?
Also, may need to bring my toddler along if I can't find someone to mind her. Is there a family area there?

No more than a nightmare getting out of your carpark....

And that's why I avoid our car park! Local knowledge is sometimes the key when you're in a rush to get away....

Family stand is opposite the main stand. Suggest parking Eccles ARLFC, a very short distance off the M60 motorway and an approximate 10 minute walk to the stadium. Do a google map search for directions. Postcode for Eccles rugby league club is M30 7LS. When you park up you can just follow other fans walking to the ground. It's a fairly straight route once you get back to the motorway roundabout. Hope this helps?

Barton airport, 5 minutes walk. Its £5 but you're straight onto A57 or the unicorn pub is a bit further, but on the other side of the motorway.

It's Mancheater airshow. Airport parking was fully booked weeks ago, stadium parking now almost full too.

Park at the amateur rugby club (earlier post) or if full the RU one, don't even think about the airport/stadium/lay-bys on A57.
