While I understand the Club's/Marwan's frustration re the above the reasons are obvious.
Sure we get it that we signed an onerous contract with the Stadium.I think the Club must be in a strong position to be able to re-negotiate this.The Stadium could become a white elephant without Salford being there particularly with Sale threatening to leave all the time too.
The other factors re the crowds are obvious-still we aren't a consistently successful team(unfortunate recently due to injuries granted).Moving games about constantly partly due to Sky is also an issue.Its also not very bright to have a Salford game scheduled on the same day as a United game home or away(that's why Friday night was Salford night-no clash).The weather was awful for the Huddersfield game so those like me who walk from Eccles were likely to be soaked before we started.

I believe the club have just recently renegotiated the lease. When I say renegotiated, it sounds like nothing changed other than we signed up for another number of years. Sounds like the stadium management co were stubborn over the lease costs, leaving us with pretty much no choice but to accept. What alternatives do we have as a club? Only other options would involve moving out of the city boundaries, as I doubt Moor Lane would achieve the required standards of Super League.
