It is not unreasonable that some Giants fans think that a cowardly hit by Chase was reprehensible. Especially from an unpleasant individual who has both a criminal conviction and a rugby ban for breaking peoples jaws.

Ken Davy has not spent too much time grand standing and bellyaching on social media. Instead he has put money into the Giants and sought to do things the right ways, never expecting instant karma. Much effort has gone into conditioning /medical/ physio and rehab. This reduces the number of injuries and speeds up recovery - some SL clubs fail to appreciate this point.

So no second coming, simply investment in backroom staff.

Rangi. Did not commit murder. The guy who received the tackle is now fit & well yet Chase has 2 more matches to miss. Even Fair Fartown fans would feel that Chase should now be free to play on the basis of their `eye for an eye ` punishment rate.

As an aside - all this Rangi bashing - he has give Devils fans some wonderful moments this year and hopefully he will replicate them on his return.

I see tackles like the one that Chase did in every game I watch. Yet, because the player concerned is not injured, no action is taken. It's scandalous that Chase cannot play for another 3 weeks.

So was all that nonsense about career ending tackles and doctors reports never true or was it all just an attempt to influence decisions who would have thought that such a sanctimonious club would resort to that sort of thing

After watching the Leeds v Huddersfield Cup game on BBC 1 today it would appear that most the Huddersfield squad played like they had injuries.
