No chance of Dobbo being fit, I would have thought he has got at least another 6 weeks too. If that is true about Locke, then we must switch Evalds into 6, put BJB at 1 and play Johnson and MCB on the wings.

We made Leon Pryce look like a stand off at the weekend..... seriously the lad struggles to make the transition from walking to jogging. yet we treated him like Darren Lockyer in his pomp.

Stick anyone in the halves even if they dummy and go time after time after time, we'll still struggle to cope with it.

Patterson is due back & it may be a left field move to possibly put him in at #6.

We need pivots and Evalds is NOT a pivot he`s a finisher.

Can we put some castors on Ian Watson? We must get that ball wider and having 2 pivots minimum is the answer.

Think i'd look at sticking Hood at 6 / 7 for a game along side Fages , move someone like Walton or one of the Walne's at 9 then stick Patterson in 2nd row / centre. Caton-Brown isn't a centre yet , too small and not physical enough. Try to win the early physical game in the pack , and run their forwards about a bit.

Patterson played centre at the Catalans game and was brilliant - if we are re-shuffling that's a move I'd start with.

Disagree about Evalds, I think he'd do more than a good job at stand-off. That would mean our backs would line up something like this (injuries dependent);

A much more attractive proposition than what we've seen recently.

So who is your second pivot? Without one the backs wont see the ball. Fages cant do it on his own
