| If the Bulls go down presumably he will be available.
What do the Jury feel? Is he good enough? Would he learn a lot from Adrian? We are still light in the pack for 2015.

| Would much rather get Lee Jewitt back, think he is only at Cas on a short term deal until the end of the season.
For me was one of the biggest mistakes Noble made towards the end of last season as do think he has the makings of a top class prop and was always someone who'd get stuck in and look after the younger players on the pitch.
Sidlow seems to have gone backwards when I've seen him play at Bradford, has the size but is a bit in the Timber Makin mold who doesn't use it. Manuokafoa might be worth a look from Bradford if he doesn't want too much.

| Do keep up MR, Jewitt has just signed a 2 year extension at Cas. Pleased to know that you are on record as saying he has the makings of a top class prop. Cas continuing to over achieve may be some thing to do with it whilst at the same time they continue to underspend. On the other hand Salford continue to under achieve and over spend. Good luck against shudds.

| In the first instance, I never thought Jewitt was big enough to be anything more than a decent Championship prop. Secondly, I have it from a good source that even when he played with the younger lads he was remote and disinterested - no encouragement whatsoever.

Exactly - but Adam would be a free agent & although he has the size and some ability (remember his try @ Hull) - and for me would be a useful squad player to have around. Still young for a prop.

| I like Sidlow. Adam slimmed down a lot in pre-season and does lack the impact you usually expect from an out and out prop (as does Manuokafoa), but he's still one of our better performers and he's still good enough for Super League. He would suit a squad with more forwards around him and would qualify for homegrown exemptions.

| We certainly need a new prop with Shannan McP going, Darrell Griffin possibly going and Mozzer getting his insurance through Saga next year (the Advertiser has reported that he might do another year). Unless Marwan has got a rabbit to pull out of a hat, I think we could do worse than bring Adam Sidlow back.
We need a hooker too.

| No, no, no to both of them. Mediocre when they played for us and not done much since so not sure why we would want them back.

Good john wilky last looked out
on the pitch at salford.
when the snow lay round about
deep and crisp and even
brightly played the lads that night
though the frost was cruelllll
when poor swinton scored a try
we had 94urrrrrrrrrr:7891.jpg |

I think he's injured, I'm sure I seen him walking out of the stadium the other week in a sling?
Although he's had very little game time he averages more meters per carry than any of our forwards.

| Sidlow is a definate No! He is powder puff and offers nothing going forward.
We need to keep Mozza and play A Walne more when he is available.
Hooker has to b No1 priority

| One of the Walne Brothers is in a sling, saw him in the gym the other week, Jake Mullaney was there and he didn't look to be carrying any injury at all. Makes you wonder what his role will be next season or if indeed he will still be a Salford player.

Adam Sidlow always ran the ball into the opposition then stopped to be tackled, still doing it. We can do better

You're not wrong. He was often fairly useless for us, but, as with Marc Sneyd, you can only go by what you see, and what I've seen (from the limited amount I've seen of him since he went to Bradford) he's now a much improved player. Hindle XIII has probably seen more of him than we have recently, and he reckons Sidlow is underrated. In fact, I've a feeling he's scored against us pretty much each time we've faced them since he moved.
Now, I'm not saying he should be target #1, but, unless Marwan pulls a James Graham shaped rabbit out of a hat next week, we're going to need a prop or two next year, and, from what I've seen of him, we could do worse. That's all.
