Maybe patience has worn thin? For the money spent this is a p**s take. I could understand things before when we were robbing Peter to pay Paul but this is embarrassing considering the money we have spent.

Sorry Butcher, I apologise but following this club for the past 40 years has made me eventually feel mentally ill. Maybe I need to cut all ties with the club for the sake of my health? Sorry guys maybe things have come to head and it's made me realise I need to break loose. I've been suffering with ill health through Salford for some time and this has made me realise I need a clean break for Salford and rugby league.

It's hard being a Salford fan, and there's not many who can claim to have been around when we were a great Club. I was certainly too young to remember, so all I've witnessed is a slow and gradual demise over thirty years. I'm sorry that you can't draw that line in the sand with regards to yourself and Salford. I've been around a lot of things worse than a sporting team losing, so I've learned (Not quickly I may add) to keep things in perspective. I'm still passionate about my Club but I do it now with more logic and reasoning.

I don't think you should stop posting.

Take a few days away, then come on back. Perspective and time can be a great thing.

At last someone who saw the same game that I did.
We lost the match and there's no avoiding that but we played pretty well.
Mullaney at scrum half was excellent,the pack hammered their's.
Meli still had some work to do to score his try but his defence is poor
Danny Williams took his try really well.
Tomkins made a difference.
We were unlucky.
Roby was terrible. Hardly played a set without him giving a penalty one way or another and missed loads of forward passes. Also just made bad calls consistently.
I think we do look a proper side and I don't think we are too far off.
The comments about lack of heart are well off the mark.
The cup is half full not half empty.
But we lost !
PS I'm now going to watch it on telly to see whether I'm right
