i,ve been watching salford for 55years.why do i keep going back to watch like that yesterday.they must be the worst team i,ve seen.they dont give 100% they dont give a for the fans.the good dr should sack all the players and start again now.there must be alot better players in championship.these are not super league players.i love salford but these lot have to go,don,t come on saying he,s good ,he,s got potential ,there all crap and won,t get us in the top 4.

Bad spelling, poor use of full stops and punctuation - hmmmm me thinks there's a nom de plume at use here.

I think the ambition of a top 4 place is based on major reinforcements over the next 1-3 years. Keep the faith we do have some decent kids to come through and a substantially increased player budget for 2014. I'm not making excuses but had McPherson, Jewitt and Griffin been fit to play I doubt the scoreline would have been as one sided.

Personally I think last weeks huge effort at magic and the intensive new training schedule has overexerted many of the players and I expect a huge improvement against Wakey next monday. The boys hit the wall yesterday after 10 minutes and you have to ask why?

Keep the faith. Look at Warrington. They were crap for years and look at em now.

We need to be realistic we are completely outclassed by warrington & wigan we dont have the pack to match them and they know our weaknesses inside out. We are still beating other sides.

As for worst team ever, no chance.

1999 was really turgid stuff. This is the closest team to reach that level of stodge. But at least we can make concessions for the current crop. We have a more promising outlook now than we did then (the new stadium plans were yet to be broached). And I think the threat of relegation will really make next season one to look forward to.

And to compare the current team with the 2000 Salford team that suffered a shameful club record 17 try mauling that day . . . .

What was really bizzare about this match was Salford were actually leading for just under 10 minutes earlier in the game.

Whilst i agree the Badford humiliation (oh there has been so many ! ) was bad it was nothig compared to the capitulation the week after at Wakefield.
Gonna be a long season with many lows, hopefully some highs.

What worries me about koukash is he came along shouting from the rooftops bout players and now says he has players signed but wnt announce them yet as wnt be fair,yet Wakefield this morning announce the signing of chris Tuson for next year!you are allowed to announce from now so surely if he likes shouting from the rooftops who are these players?!

I'd have liked Tuson myself not a bad forward.

Dr Koukash said he can't announce the signings yet as they are still playing for their respective clubs. Presumably, Wakefield must have an agreement with Wigan allowing them to announce the signing of Chris Tuson, so I guess Salford don't have a similiar agreement with the clubs we're signing players from. You could see this as a positive thing, because it could suggest the clubs in question don't want their fans to know yet.
