Does anyone actually know if Mauro is injured or just not making the team?
He didn't look anywhere near fit when he first arrived and it makes you wonder if he has been dropped until this is rectified, Foran came into his own for me in the Huddesrfield game and you'd hope that Mauro will make the same adjustment himself.
I'd hope that whoever comes in makes signing Griffin signed up until at least the end of the season as he offers a bit of grunt and go forward we've been missing for a few years, if it was possible to find a couple more front rowers like him we'd become a team much harder to roll over.

Mauro is definitely injured, a mate of mine is a physio and has been treating him this week.
Agree about Griffin, quality prop.

Mauro is injured. I made a comment a couple of weeks ago regarding both Foran and Mauro, both needed time firstly to settle into the country/club and most importantly gain match fitness. Shame Vic is injured as this will put his progression back a little, whereas Liam's performances have got better and better.
Griffin is a class act. The amount of go forward he offers us is fantastic.

They both came over overweight and unfit. They had a minimal pre-season an played no friendlies. |

Concerned that Griffin may be recalled by the Rhinos. Leului is out, Bailey Red Carded, Moore not used (so a mystifying selection), etc etc. Lets tie him up as soon as possible..

Mauro did look out of shape but did show some moments of class hopefully he will get fit and show us he is the grafter we need
Griffin has been fantastic imo hopefully we will get him signed up soon

Just seen Mauro in the gym and he has lost a shed load of weight, you could tell he was carrying an injury but he looks so much leaner than when he first arrived.

Watched Mauro in the 20's friday....seemed to be struggling with a leg or knee problem ?he was pacing up and down the touch line feeling his leg but then shouted to someone that he ok...he went back on but was blowing hard towards the end....probably when he overcomes his knock his fitness will come
