With the club in desperate need of a lift wouldn't it be great if season tickets could be put on sale as soon as possible, preferably in the coming week?

We need as long a period as possible to build up our season tickets sales for next year, especially the way many people are feeling about the club at the moment.

It would be a good idea to start selling season tickets but it would be even better if all the so called fans bought one instead of slagging the club off all the time.If everyone on Facebook 7340 bought a ticket we would not be in the situation we are in.It's no good slagging the club off ,if all you do is sit around and wait for free tickets which a lot of so called fans do,we can't buy decent players if don't get people to pay.

People have just got fed up mate I have had season ticket every year and I am fed up with way club treats its supporters and I for one ain't renewing any more matt parish said what he thought of club and he was spot on. Also people are struggling financially and people are picking and choosing where we spend are money. And we here same rubbish we are going to do this we have plans to get more people in. They could not fill it when give tickets for three. Sorry but can't afford to waste money any more watching rubbish

The problem with facebook is that the majority of people who populate it are under 18 and just tick "like" boxes because they believe they get more "friends" out of the 7,000 or so on SCR i would recken less than a 1000 are Salford fans or even know what SCR is.

Attention Salford management people :- I do not want to buy another season ticket so please do not write to me asking me if I want to buy another season ticket.

And if you didn't have them contacting you you'd be on here slagging them off about how they're not trying hard enough to get people to buy tickets

I know people who "like" Salford on Facebook who've never been to an RL match in their life. Others live and work on the other side of the world. As Pev points out, a Facebook like is utterly pointless and means nothing. The original point of this thread is an extremely valid one - other clubs already have ST information available, why haven't we? If we could get STs on sale ASAP then it'd give us a greater chance of selling them to people - that isn't down to just slagging the club off at all.

Perhaps they are struggling to work out another amazingly confusing method of ordering your passes for next year. Or maybe even getting our commerative turf sorted from this year's passes?

I think they're doing the right thing by not releasing season tickets just yet after another catastrophic season! Let the dust settle on this one, sign a few players which is a must to replace the ones we've lost, push for early bird offers just before Christmas, DO NOT include a free shirt but at least HAVE a new shirt available to buy before Christmas and try build something new from there.

But of course there must be plenty going on behind the scenes at the club at this time what with new investors being sort which is not for the public domain just yet.

But I still feel the Salford City Reds needs to get next years season tickets on sale as soon as possible, like every other club in Super League it can only benefit them if they get money in before the end of this present season.

Of course a lot of fans are fed up my self included with what's gone on this season, but in saying that I can't wait for the new season to begin now we've got shut of this one.
