'Meanwhile, speculation is rife that a north west businessman has recruited an independent broker to analyse the Reds’ future prospects.'

Barker's talent as a journalist knows no bounds. The only thing his articles lack are bullet points, the way he just seems to jot down what is likely to be aimless ramblings is hilarious  . In this article though, he's managed to prove beyond doubt that Alex Murphy is definitely suffering from senile dementia.
I found it quite fun to read the article imagining that the journalist was in an old folk's home where the interviewee kept punctuating his aimless ramblings with questions like, 'what day is it today?', 'what's your name again, sonny' and 'I used to be a famous rugby player me, you know'

The problem is WE NEED an investor to move forward and in the current financial crisis the world is in there isnt a massive list of options, as long as we keep the Salford name then i will be happy with any investor willing to chuck some money in our pot
