When they first decided the franchise i thought this was to put all clubs on the same footing and gives every club the chance to keep are youngsters. Correct mee= if i have got this wrong but to me it still seems as though the big clubs just poach inflowensull players for big money. can anyone tell me or explain to me why it is the players who are at clubs like ours have to sell are players. To me it seems like we still have an uneven league where it is always the same teams in the top four. I undertand that we dont have the fan base as yet which will hopefully bring in new support but the idea behind the franchise was that every one is on equal footing? i appologise if i have miss undertood but the idea behind all this was to produse are youngsters for the future but the same things are happening with teams at the top nicking are youngsters. So how is this fair to smaller clubs to be on same footing. I aqm sorry if i have miss understud but just seems we still have the same inbalance in the league. So how are are clubs supposed to keep hold of youngsters like ratchford aqnd so on. I cant see it ever changing. again i see the best clubs always staying where they are and us failing to keep young talent for are future

Rugby League clubs are businesses. Top businesses will always poach good employees from the small businesses. Jus.t because we have a longer "notice period" in RL does not mean that head hunting is not done
