Having read a post on a PNG forum it appears Lam's idea of coaching is distancing himself too much from his players and then taking credit for other peoples work. I also read his hobbies are being a beer monster and chasing skirt. He'd be perfect for us and help continue a long line of succesful coaches to have served our great club. icon_wink.gif

I appreciate the post I read could have been written by someone with a grudge, then again it would be a warning sign to leave him well alone.
