I have email'd Salford at admin@reds.co.uk twice in 2 weeks yet i still don't have a reply? Are they just lazy or is there something up with my AOL email account and also my Hotmail account? Can anybody else get through to them?

Failing to receive a reply to an email IS rather annoying. Perhaps they are looking for the answers you need before they reply to you.
Nevertheless, it is a bit frustrating when it happens. It only takes a minute to type a "we'll get back to you soon" reply.
The admin team at the club really should get on top of this comparatively straightforward process before any potential new fans are lost.

As a point of note, I have yet to receive any email responses over the last ten years with any queries I've put their way.

On this, they are very shoddy.

The 'manager of the shop' may not necessarily be in charge of admin at the club. Infact, I very much doubt it. I understand what you are getting at though (as per your other thread).
It's pretty shoddy all round, but I'm sure most of us know how the club is being run and under what type of budget etc.
Things have to improve or it'll drive people away.

if they don't reply to posts on their website, their not going to email you back are they , it must be the same really busy person in charge of it all

I would have thought that the person who runs the shop would be the one who had the task of answering any general emails to the club. I'd like it to be different but the shop isn't in it's present state going to be over run by punter every day so you'd think the person in the shop would have had ample time to answer any emails.

Think it's cumulative thing for many people, none of the gripes we have on there own are henus but all added together they do point towards the club being less than professional.

The shop is stocking up for Christmas if anyone is interested, with next seasons new lines, including babygrows, and some good offers on last years stock.
Don't all emails go to admin at the club, so it is up to the office staff to reply or to get information to reply from the shop.
