Last I heard we approached him, Catalan didn't give permission for him to talk to us, we signed Latu, they released him.
He's pi$$ed off with them for holding him back and we've already signed someone. I agree that we still need a hooker and he'll be ideal but it's if there's room for him now.

Unless the person that suggested we are sigining Micheal Ennis is right, I'd say sign Bentley up. We only have one hooker for next season and we don't want to rely on Owen if anything happens to Latu, as it could damage his progression. Have the pair of them on two year contracts and play them off against each other for a new contract atfer that, When Owen is ready to step up the player who has performed the best over that two period gets to stay.
