I argree, just educating the the younger players does not help the club in the short team, each individual needs to realise that looking after themselves during the season and especially in the offseason makes them better proffessionals and allows them to perform at the highest level easier.
See my idea of an academy based in the Hotel that was going to be attached to the new ground, teaching young players social and personal skills as well as furthering their education, is not such a bad thing, now who could be Principle?
