What are you actually on about? We went to Warrington and made a formal enquiry on whether you would be willing to let Morley join us THIS season. You said no, that's the end of it. No arrogance or presumption, just an enquiry about a player. The April deadline is about signing out of contract players for the year after.

Smith has had a whinge about the timing. I can understand him not being happy about the it but's not like we could have done it any bloody earlier! Are we now not allowed to make attempts to improve a squad that has been decimated because it's inconvenient?
