"Unfashionable" what a ridiculous term. All Salford can be accused of is a lack of super league success.

Are you telling me that Warrington were fashionable a few years ago despite having won nothing for years....not a chance. The best player will always want to go to clubs capable of winning trophies and to achieve that takes time. It has nothing to do with fashion.

I would have thought by now Salford would have learnt several lessons about dealing with the media and all the can be accused of (if indeed the Salford are to be blamed) is blowing their trumpet to early and perhaps needs to start going about their business in a quieter manner.

Start winning trophies and the best player will want to come simple as that.

I think we should remind ourselves that the Bradford general manager is the person quoted in the Bradford paper.
He apparently spoke to the French club as far back as Monday,heard nothing since and they haven't met the valuation, as far as I can see.

I seem to remember that Griffin wasnt happy to sign at first. He then sampled the set up and signed on. Maybe if we could ask Bradford to put him out on a loan basis we can all have a look and just maybe he will have a change of heart. The Bulls seem to be wanting to be rid of him so surely a smart move.

I understand that but it isn't compulsary by law to make public via the media that a transfer fee has been agreed before a club can talk to a player? The point I'm trying to make is why allow Bradford to make it public before talks had even taken place with the player or his agent. If it then doesn't happen supporters haven't had their hopes built up for nothing. All it would have taken was Salford requesting to Bradford that the offer was kept private until they had spoken with the player or the offer would be retracted.

I think calling Salford unfashionable is like calling a certain Fascist Dictator Naughty , I think more Pariah and I guess this senario has occured more than once without it hitting the press or forums , Noble's little Black book will have more cross outs than ticks and this will not be helping one bit. rlAngry-Salford-owner-blastsrl

Please allow me to apologize for what I said regarding Elliott Whitehead been "tapped-up". My behavior was extremely inappropriate, immature, and lacked the respect your club deserved.
It was embarrassing and I have now learned that nobody appreciated my poor behavior. In the future, I have every intention of curbing my thoughtless actions and learn to adjust my behavior befitting this forum.

Again, I am sorry for my actions and I hope that we can put this matter behind us. I look forward to visiting your forum again without upsetting anyone. If you have any thoughts in this, please feel free to share.
