Greg Johnson for me. I loved watching Jodie in a Salford shirt, as has been said above he also scored some great tries for us but Johnson was just as good last season if not better. I always felt Jodie laboured on his work inside our own half, he never seemed to hit the line hard enough and make anywhere near as many yards as he could. In contrast, Johnson hits the line at speed every time which results in many clean breaks - a particularly memorable one was his try v Widnes away earlier in the year. I imagine he's much cheaper too!

Edit: just checked the stats and Johnson made 14 clean breaks compared to Broughton 6 last season. Both played the same number of games and scored the same amount of tries.

Same for me.

I liked Jodie, but Johnson is better.

With Butcher on the this & the 2014 stats agree.
+ for Jodie- less missed tackles, more carries- & carries from dummy run,
Johnson however almost 3 x the amount of tackles busts, twice the amount of clean breaks, Tackles & and offload game , with a team that finished 10th.
And he should be better next year with an intensive preseason behind him.
