| Quote TheButcher="TheButcher"It doesn't really matter.
After a few bad results the 'faithful' will be baying for blood and wanting a change. You'd think that we as fans would have thicker skin seeing as we are well used to watching us getting beaten on a regular basis.'"
Two seasons of dire rugby with Mcrae in charge (after promotion) is hardly 'a few bad results'.

| I'd happily settle for Brian Noble, as he seems to have a positive effect wherever he goes, and get's his players producing a good style of rugby. I like Nobby.
However, I've got a feeling that the earlier suggestion of SM passing the reigns over to Alker is the most likely scenario. I hope I'm wrong.

SM must be on a watertight contract as otherwise he would surely have been on a Qantas back to Sydney

| DC, I wasn't suggesting that this will happen any time soon, as I too can't see SM leaving whilst he's still under contract.

| If Mcrae does leave / is pushed in the future id hope its after the franchise has been decided, i recon Ian Millward would be a good coach, great attacking flowing rugby, bad defence (nothing new we watch that now) with Alker @ number 2 he would tighten that up
Probably depends how leigh do in the franchise system i surpose.
