whoever is in their marketing department obviously isn't too well up with the law regarding trademarks.
advertising the cheap tat overcoat on the same page using the registered brand name of the 200 year old Crombie company probably isn't one of their best moves either. I'd imagine they are also probably in a better position financially to take action against them than the lads club are...
