Is there a limit to these extra incomes?
Could a club pay £500,000 to its Player of the Year, £250,000 to Young Player of the Year, £150,000 to Clubman of the Year?
Sounds like BS. There'd be no point having a cap.
Maybe that's why Marwan cancelled the players awards dinner last year.
Wakefield rant paying Locke what he was getting at Salford. It merely states that the player will have the same value on the clubs cap, regardless of what he is actually getting. And seen as we (wakefield) were so below cap we could accommodate his cap value while paying him less
