The problem is WE NEED an investor to move forward and in the current financial crisis the world is in there isnt a massive list of options, as long as we keep the Salford name then i will be happy with any investor willing to chuck some money in our pot

Having read Barking's piece today I suspect this is not about a buyer but about getting rid of staff-ie cost cutting.However they have just paid these consultants the cost of 1 job to probably find out the obvious

How much will we sell club for and how much will they pay when they look at results and the books that will put anyone off espesially when we cant fill the stadium these are areas they will luck at if true which i doubt unless someone wants to lose a pound or to. We can only hope and pray its true or barker needs is head testing

there is no ground to sell,so what would the price be at sale,you could say what someone is prepared to pay,or what
Mr Wilkinson would want. I would say he would be lucky to get 750 thousand in today's climate.I don't think it is a buyer
more like someone wanting to put some money in,and he or she want's t find out how well the club is run independently.
