For the same reason that Sky Sports lost the transmission from France the other week, an electrical fault, which on occasions do occur.

With the downpour we had around 4 that afternoon (I know as I cycled/swim home in it) I was surprised the ground was as dry as it was. Would think that had something to do with the scoreboard being goosed, can you see the club throwing pots of money at repairs in the final year?
