At long last we can now look forward with some hope for the future. What we need is a young assistant coach from Australia whoIhas done his apprenticeship like Michael Maguire who wants to make a name for himself. Ideally we need someone asap who can look at the squad we currently have and would be in a position at the end of the season to decide who he wants to keep. We need someone with imagination to encourage exciting football allied with the basics of a sound defence and high fitness levels that seem to be sadly lacking at the moment.
