I know there are more than one, but there are quite a few in Salford who "don't" pay, therefore I was assuming with your views on anything Salford you were one of these objectors, see one statement two different meaning, you could have said as I don't reside in the City of Salford my Council Tax is not paying towards your ground. Which it isn't anyway as it is a loan. So not hard work just pointing out the error of your ways.
