i had a interesting read at Ratchford's twitter the other day and there was a comment to ash Gibson regarding sum one coming to work pre game eating chips also that person telling Broughton his diet is terrible, now i can guess who that person is.

if the club can not in force proper instructions on what each player needs then how are they ever going to get them up to full fitness.

some one on another post commented that all other teams look bigger , stronger, faster and fitter than we do.

due to the nature of team shirts now being tight fit you see the definition in players you compare some of are players looks like some are not in the gym enough.
