The RFL and Sky dictate a lot.

Did Hull not choose to have every game this season on a Friday night?
We also changed our sunday games to 3.30 ages ago. So when every other game kicks off at 3 on a sunday we kick off at 3.30 because the club believe it brings more fans in. |

I can't know for certain.
I was just assuming really that it can't just be that easy to pick and choose your fixture dates and times.

Salford made the decision to change from Sundays to Fridays. I believe it was chosen because it's better for Corporate Hospitality and the like.

Maybe the club should try a sunday for a couple of games nowt to loose eh?? i dont finish work till 6pm, hubby is a taxi driver so its difficult for him to get out of work cos its a busy night, We could go back to watching as a family if we played on a sunday (at least 3 full price fans)

Like it or not Football rules in this area.
Most Citeh and United games are now on a Sunday, moving Salford to the same day would not work and probably hurt the attendance even more.

More of a concern for me was that it was £2.50 a pint (in a plastic glass)before the game. Last season it was Tavern prices. |

Leading up to the F decisions i'd have preferred to have had WIdnes in rather than yourselves but since you were chosen I think everyone should be rallying round to support you not put the boot in when things aren't going too well.
You need to do something about those crowds though. Is there any word on how the stadiums progressing? Haven't heard anything in ages! Last I heard you were having problems with some company going bust or something?
