Can only agree. Tragic. Rob had unique talents and was a key factor in Leeds's domination of SL. Let's hope modern medicine can help him dealy the symptoms.

Not many players are as popular with fans of all clubs as Burrow was. He’s as tough a player as I’ve ever seen and it’s such heartbreaking news.

Spot on reffy. From experience of a loved one having this awful illness, I can guess what Rob and his family are going through. You were always a tough man on the pitch Rob, I hope you and yours get lots of support to help you in such difficult circumstances. |

It is a very awful disease, incurable. It is awful to have it at any age, but especially tragic for somebody so young. It usually strikes after the age of 50, but Rob Burrow is only 37. So many good years that he could have had will be lost by him and his family. A truly devastating and very sad situation for Rob and his young family. Unfortunately all my best wishes will not help him, but I give them anyway.
