Weather pretty minging this morning but predicted to clear up at lunchtime so conditions should be perfect tonight.

3500 Salford pre-sales apparently (yes a few have jumped on the bandwagon ) but should be pushing 4k-4.5k in the away end with walk-ups. It felt like a home game with the atmosphere a fortnight ago and there will be double that number tonight so hopefully the Wigan drummer won't be audible!

Really looking forward to the game. Despite it being Wigan away, history, big game experience blah blah blah I think there's genuine belief amongst the players that they're capable of pulling this off. I just hope there's nothing controversial that decides the game and the best team wins.

Wigan by 18 is my prediction

Salford all the way for me tonight. Free hit for them. The pressure is all on the pies.

The Red Devils have certainly showed what can be achieved on a small budget this season and to get this far have shown up certain clubs who fans thought were established top end Super League clubs.

Think Wigan will win though by a similar margin as two weeks ago. Their extra experience at this stage of the season will just about get them over the line.

Will be rooting for Salford tonight. It will be nice to have someone to support at the GF & watching the meltdown on the Wigan bored will be a joy to behold.

Come on Salford. For the good of the game and for the good of the man on the street. This is your time, this is your moment. Arise Salford Reds.

The love-in for Salford on here is quite sickening.

Genuinely don't mind who wins tonight as a Saints fan, just hope the game is as good as the last instalment.

Yeah I'm not looking at the away fans. It's not up to the away side to fill a stadium. The home team in the stadiums we have should be able to fill them. They are not huge stadiums and the crowds in the playoffs have been poor.

There needs to be something put in place which includes these games on season tickets. Its an issue that has always been there
