Thats exactly what they wanted or they would have played a full side. They are second bottom of SL and need to pick up points with a small squad. Not risking injury in CC games and having rest weekend has to increase Londons slim chances

It was a 'virtual' full strength London side, Halifax were the ones who had a LOT of players missing. In the other game, Hull KR only had 3 players missing v the side that stuffed Leeds, but were losing to Leigh with just 5 minutes left.

It was the challenge cup. No one cares about the challenge cup unless you are a semi pro side.

Why’s that funny? Th e grand final gets a bigger attendance, in a smaller stadium, that isn’t a “day out” like the challenge cup is. No one cares about domestic cup comps on any sports.

London's priority is to try and stay in Super League. They have almost no chance of winning the Challenge Cup against powerful clubs like St Helens, Warrington and Catalans. So why bother?

London can now concentrate on picking a few wins up and try and stave of relegation. Rest weekends and no risk of further injuries playing in a cup they won't win.

That said Fax were the better side and well done to them.
