Either way to actually contribute to the thread, I thought it was impressive what Widnes Vikings had tweeted yesterday.

11 out of the 17 man were from the Widnes academy
2 of the lads got hat-tricks
All 54 points were scored from academy products

I know this is due to the recent issues they have had but still good to see!

Encouraging to hear and good to see Widnes having faith in their youth system. Morgan Smithies also made his debut for Wigan against Catalans.
