Probably the same way they'd have sold Toronto v Castleford or Huddersfield or Salford. At least they might have heard of Batley through biscuits.......

Hey.....newbie. I've got close to 25,000 posts under my belt here and am entitled to a hangover given the stick London have taken over the years......pucker up baby, you'll be back and in SL before long, but not this f((ing year....not this year!

What will the squad look like, will Rowley/Noble still be there and how will they go with the likes of Fax, Toulouse and Bradford in that division?
Part of me is sad that we'll be in SL........but I'll drown that part of me soon......

HOW MANY TIMES?????
£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
