Should be a good game, dryish track - 2 fairly evenly matched sides.

Think it's really important Wakey control the forward battle, any kind of platform for Salford which results at Carney and Sau getting long run ups at our defence will be costly.

Having said that, our pack is better imo and gives us a good chance of shutting em down.

Just seen the highlights - Murdoch Masila blew it going for glory himself.

That's what I thought at the time. I think he had two men outside him who would have walked in unchallenged.

Yeah if he passes Salford win.

FTR is not Wakefield Trinity Wildcats or Salford City Reds. Almost as bad as Sky.

I have just seen it, terrible error by him, best bit of that is Johnson goes mad and is about to have a right go at BMM, but gets close to him and bottles it.

It was the proverbial game of 2 halves.
Trinity were all over Salford in the first half and with more composure and with Salford having 2 players binned (seperately) should have had the game won at HT.
However a combination of poor Trinity attacking play and excellent Salford defence, there was only 2 scores in it at the break.
I dont know what was said at HT (by both coaches) bur, Salford lifted their intensity and line speed and were the better team in the second 40.
2 late tries and a touchline conversion from Williams, ultimately won the game for Trinity but, Salford could and should have snatched the win.
Talk about getting your money's worth.

It was more a game of one half, one quarter and two eighths.
