Was in SL! When was the last time that happened? Whilst NRL clubs were struggling to break 14k, the Leeds v hull game got 16,200 making it the best attend RL game in the world this weekend.

Leeds are the only SL club who post decent crowds. This season is killing rugby league. |

'...in the world'? You make it sound like RL is a widespread global game, there are only two pro leagues on the entire planet so it's hardly a miracle when one of those 2 leagues gets the highest attendance now and again. |

That was pretty impressive and it came along with the news that PNG will host at least 2 RLWC games as well. I have to say, I was always sceptical about PNG getting a team in the NRL, but if they keep progressing the way they are, I can see them in the NRL by 2030! |
